1. What exactly do I receive after purchase?

All products on StitchPie are digital cross-stitch patterns in PDF format.
No physical items are shipped.

Each pattern typically includes:

Black & white symbol chart
Color chart
DMC thread color list
Stitch count (width × height in stitches)
Suggested fabric count and finished size
Basic stitching instructions

Please check each product description for exact details.

2. Is this a printed kit?

No. StitchPie sells digital downloadable patterns only.
Fabric, threads, needles, and other materials are not included.

3. When and how will I receive my file?

Delivery is instant after successful payment.

You will receive:

A download link on the confirmation page
A confirmation email with access details

If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

4. Can I re-download my purchase later?

Yes, if you created an account, you can access your files through your order history.

If you purchased as a guest and lost your file, please contact us with your order details.

5. What skill level are your patterns suitable for?

Our designs range from medium to advanced.

Each product page includes:

Stitch count
Number of colors
Type of stitches used (full cross stitch, backstitch, etc.)
Design size

Please review this information before purchasing.

6. What fabric and materials should I use?

You may use Aida, evenweave, or linen.

The finished size depends on your fabric count. For example:

14 ct Aida → larger finished piece
16 ct or 18 ct → smaller finished piece

All size calculations are based on Aida 14 ct.

Required materials:

Fabric
Embroidery floss
Needle
Hoop or frame
Printed or digital PDF

7. Can I print the pattern?

Yes. Our PDFs are optimized for standard A4 printing.

For best results:

Print at 100% scale
Do not select “Fit to page”
Use high contrast settings for clear symbols

You may also use the pattern digitally on a tablet.

8. Are the symbols easy to read?

Yes. Our charts are designed with:

Clear, high-contrast symbols
Logical color separation
Structured page layout

We aim for maximum readability and stitching comfort.

9. Can I use the pattern on apps like Pattern Keeper?

Most of our patterns are compatible with cross-stitch apps, depending on file structure. Compatibility is not guaranteed.

10. Can I sell finished stitched items?

Patterns are licensed for personal use only.

If you would like to sell small quantities of hand-stitched finished pieces, please contact us to discuss permission.

Resale or distribution of the digital file is not allowed.

11. Can I share the file with others?

No. Each purchase grants a personal license to one user.

If someone is interested in the design, we kindly ask them to purchase their own copy. This allows us to continue creating new work.

12. Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once the file has been downloaded.

If you experience technical issues, please contact us – we are happy to assist.

13. Are your designs original?

Yes. All StitchPie patterns are original designs and protected by copyright.
