REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At StitchPie, we sell digital cross-stitch patterns delivered electronically (PDF files). No physical items are shipped.

Because our products are digital content provided with immediate access, all sales are considered final once the download link has been delivered.

In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied electronically after performance has begun, where the customer has expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase, you confirm your consent to immediate delivery of the digital file.

That said, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

If you experience:

• Download issues
• Corrupted or incomplete files
• Duplicate payments made in error

please contact us within 48 hours, and we will review the situation and assist you accordingly.
