We sell digital cross-stitch patterns delivered electronically (PDF format).

  • No physical products are shipped.
  • Files are delivered via email or download after payment confirmation.
  • Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.

3. Orders & Contract

A purchase contract is concluded when:

  • You complete the checkout process, and
  • You receive confirmation of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of technical errors, incorrect pricing, or misuse.

4. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes.
  • The total amount is shown before order confirmation.
  • Prices may change at any time but do not affect completed orders.

5. Digital Content & Right of Withdrawal

Because our products are digital content delivered electronically, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the download or access has started, in accordance with EU consumer law.

By completing the purchase, you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once access is granted.

All digital patterns are protected by copyright.

Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the file for personal stitching projects.

You may not:

  • Resell, share, or distribute the files
  • Upload them to other platforms
  • Use them for mass commercial reproduction without written permission
